Sleep up to 6 adults comfortably with 2 Ensuite Bedrooms, one on the main level and one on the upper floor, PLUS a fun lower level with built in bunk beds, tv area and a great communal bathroom. Relax and unwind on the deck off of the Great room overlooking the river and feel your tensions disappear. Or enjoy the beautifully equipped outdoor living area with patio, hot tub, outdoor kitchen & BBQ.
Leavenworth's Icicle Valley offers endless outdoor recreation: Mountain Biking, Downhill & XCountry Skiing (45 min to Stevens Pass), Kayaking, SUP boarding, Hiking, Golf...the possibilities are endless!
With this wonderful home being modern in design and it's close proximity to the river,
for safety all guests must be over the age of 10.
1 well behaved dog is allowed but guest must clean any messes, be leashed at all times and not allow on furniture/beds.

Amazing house with everything you need to have a great relaxing time with your family and friends. Very clean, lots of small things that are carefully thought through. GREAT views!! And very convenient location to Leavenworth downtown (short walk).

I would recommend to anyone who is looking to escape to the nature. Leavenworth is located in the eastern foothills of the Cascade Mountains and you can enjoy wildlife, wild rivers and flowing streams, mountain meadows and alpine lakes. The only thing you need to do is to contact Leavenworth Great Escapes to find full details, information and they will find the right place for you and your family/friends. They are very quick with communication, very supportive and responsive.

This house is absolutely beautiful located on the side of the Wenatchee River, where you can sit and enjoy the gorgeous views of river and mountains. The house has absolutely everything you need for your stay - full kitchen amenities, espresso machine, games, outdoor grill and much more. The house is very spotless clean, very well decorated and super stylish. You will need at least a week to be able to enjoy everything this place offers.

This house is magical! So much so that I stayed there twice this summer and rented a third time for my parents. Perfectly set on the river such that the rooms have a great view. The house has all the amenities you would need for a week with family or friends. The kitchen and living spaces are great. The house has a large deck off the kitchen with which to enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine. There is a larger space with outdoor kitchen. Games, bocce ball and horseshoe pits made for a fun family week. This house has great access to the river and with a short walk we were able to float into town every day on inner tubes. If floating isn't your thing, the walk to town is just 10 minutes away. I rent homes 2 or 3 times a year and this one is my favorite!

- 1 Well behaved pet allowed-must be leashed when outdoors, not left alone unless crated, not allowed on beds or furniture and all messes promplty picked up.

- Max Occupancy is 6
- For Safety - No guests under the age of 10
- Parking for 2 cars only
- Must be 25 or older to reserve
- When renting this unit you will have access to the main home.
- No Guest access to the roof top.
- Outdoor kitchen/hot tub area is shared with the garage apartment.
- There is no access into the garage or the studio apartment.
- Owners occupy apartment on site, please direct any needs to management.
- Check in is after 4pm & Check out before 11am, unless otherwise arranged with management in advance
- Please be respectful of the neighbors, i.e no excessive noise, parties or trespassing
- Some of our properties have Noise decibel monitors and/or outdoor security cameras
